B.Sc. Home Science in Interior Design Management will enable the students to gain better understanding of the changing housing scenario. With the changing trends in the life style of Indian culture it has become very important to learn new techniques of building construction and interior decoration. This course will fulfill the objective of teaching the students the art of designing interiors which would give them an edge over the subject and would further develop their overall personality.

The Department in collaboration with the other departments will conduct the course of B.Sc. Home Science in Hospitality Management which will equip the students with the technical know how of specialized management on the hospitality front in hospitals, hotels, food service institutions ,banquets and parties.

Avenues are open for the students to pursue their career as Interior Decorators in homes, hotels and other institutes as well as instructors in colleges. Skills are also developed to equip the students with an ability to start a small/large scale industry.
